Papermill

Papermill is a paper mill for PAPER yield on HyperEVM. Two layers: PULP is the vault share, redeems at NAV through a queue. MILL is the fuel token, non-redeemable, trades at a premium and pays for the next print run. One print run a week. Above 1.2x NAV the mill issues MILL and half the proceeds back the vault. Below NAV the tax buys back. Stock in, sheet out.
