DOVE is the floor-backed token of Dove. Any holder can redeem DOVE for its share of the WETH in the FloorReserve. Only bond sales can mint new DOVE, and each bond pays at least the floor value plus a premium, so new supply never lowers the floor. Part of every bond premium and 4/5 of the charter pool's WETH fees add to the floor, while pool fees and charter purchases burn DOVE.
