Perps Vault that targets 1x long exposure to BTC via perpetual futures on the Arcus exchange. Each token represents a pro-rata claim on the vault's USDG collateral and open BTC perp position; the position is rebalanced to maintain 1x leverage, and funding, slippage, and fees accrue against NAV.
