Bursar

Bursar is building the financial control layer for autonomous AI agents on Robinhood Chain. Instead of giving an agent an unrestricted wallet, a principal creates a private spending mandate that defines the budget, period cap, approved counterparties, permitted actions, asset rules and expiry. Every payment, trade or agent hire is checked onchain before settlement. A mandate can be funded with approved treasury assets, used for eligible tokenized stocks and services, or supported through a separate collateralized lane. Bursar keeps the relationship between the principal, agent and spending activity private while allowing providers to verify that a payment is authorised.
