ClawFarm is a decentralized settlement protocol for AI inference on Solana. Any wallet can register as a compute provider — from self-hosted GPUs to API resellers — and be paid in USDC for signed inference calls, with no platform gatekeeper deciding who can serve whom. Each settled call produces a dual-signed usage proof: the treasury takes a 0.5–3% fee (provider-selected), and CLAF is minted to both the provider and the consuming user based on actual protocol-fee contribution — a 10-year halving schedule with 70% to providers and 30% to consumers. 100% of protocol revenue flows into an on-chain treasury that automatically buys back CLAF and either burns it or deposits it as permanent Protocol-Owned Liquidity (POL locked via code, no withdraw path).
