RUMORS

NewTokyoRumors proposes a decentralized coordination layer for information that has not yet reached consensus. We argue that the dominant failure mode of contemporary information systems is not the existence of rumors, but the absence of transparent infrastructure for tracking how a claim evolves from its first signal to its final resolution.
