This "global transhumanism" program emphasized strength, purity, and survival of the fittest. Under their first Emperor, Argall, Viltrum entered a golden age of technological progress, skyscraper cities, and relative stability. They began limited colonization and expansion, but it was far less aggressive than what followed.
