On March 24, 2026, the first two-toed sloth ever born at Neo Park Okinawa arrived. At just two days old, the baby weighed only 294 grams. It clung tightly to its mother, Shirasu, and during weigh-ins, wrapped all four limbs around a stuffed sloth. Then, 1,780 votes were cast to choose its name. The winning name was Mozuku. Born tiny. Held on tight. Named by everyone. Mozuku’s story is just beginning.
