Cyberia is a technocultural experiment—an autonomous system being built in public across blockchain, Linux, cryptography, and peer-to-peer networks. It is a live, self-evolving, EVM-compatible Layer 1 where code, infrastructure, and coordination mechanisms are continuously deployed in real time. Tokens, bots, and on-chain systems already operate within the network, forming the early structure of a cybernetic ecosystem.
