ARC is the token of an autonomous AI that manages its own on-chain treasury on Base. The system operates without human approvals and executes decisions transparently on-chain. ARC is part of the Upsider AI ecosystem and functions as a participation and infrastructure token for this experiment. A 0.5% buy fee and 0.5% sell fee are routed to the AI-controlled treasury to support ongoing operation.
