In 3-10 years' time, quantum computers will break the crypto that protects Bitcoin, Ethereum, Base, and nearly 2000 other chains. Most tokens will migrate, but many (15-30%) will not. What happens to them? QSAVE is a token for organizing human consensus to manage this corpus, nearly a trillion dollars in assets. Are they burned, stolen, or reunited with their rightful owners? Reuniting them is the obvious answer, but it's by far the hardest thing to do because it requires humans to come to some agreement on who the rightful owner is. Cryptographic rules cannot do it. This project aims to build a group of people who can make these complex evidence-based decisions fairly. And while the tokens wait to be reunited, they could be put to work generating funds for charitable causes.
