QUA is the utility token that moves the Quantara Ecosystem. It settles payments, pays fees and unlocks access across every product in the network: CEX intermediation, education, on-chain gaming, tools and services. Deflationary by design. There is no mint function in the contract, so the supply can only move down, never up. Every sell carries a 3% fee that flows back into the ecosystem and funds the staking program.
